Artisan Panettone in the Oven of the Estate

At the Tenuta Pantano Borghese oven, Christmas panettone was made by “Le Gigie in Cucina” (or Monica Cavazza and Francesca Sacchetti) to contribute to the fundraising for “Casa S. Anna Onlus” which operates on the outskirts of Rome welcoming dozens of disadvantaged people. One of the Refuge Houses is dedicated to women with small children or pregnant women, returning from traumatic situations.
